Our social sauna sessions are the heart of Nordic Renewal Co. Each 90-minute gathering guides you through intentional cycles of heat, rest, and (if you wish) cold exposure. More than wellness, it’s about belonging. We believe sauna is the great equalizer—an ancient practice that allows us to strip away stress, rediscover balance, and connect authentically with others. Private Sauna Sessions

Sometimes connection is best shared with your own circle. Our private Lake Elmo sessions invite you to enjoy the sauna exclusively with your group for 90 minutes. Move together through the traditional cycles of heat, rest, and cold, guided by the spirit of Sisu. These sessions are ideal for families, small groups of friends, or teams looking for a unique and restorative way to bond. Rooted in kindness and balance, this is your moment to unplug and reconnect—on your terms.

Price - $399 for 90 minutes

With our private 2-hour guided sauna events, we bring our 18’ wood-fired mobile sauna to you. Our Certified Sauna Guide will bring your group of 20 guests or less on a journey through connection & contrast therapy that includes cycles of heat in the sauna, cold exposure & rest while also providing aromatherapy and hydrating beverages during and after each cycle.

Perfect for nights with friends, family traditions & holidays, run/cycle/fitness groups, birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding day mornings, and anything else you can dream up! We’re game!

Price: $750.

Includes 2 hours with our Certified Sauna Guide plus drive time, supplies for the hot and cold experiences, hydrating beverages for participants, and aromatherapy.

Hei, I’m Courtney

I started Nordic Renewal Co.to share the gift of sauna and to build community. The stress of building a 20 year career in technology sales and taking on international roles, while also starting and raising a family led me to feeling burnt out and disconnected from myself and those around me.

I have researched and practiced many forms of wellness activities but it was my first social sauna experience and the research that followed that drove me to bring Sauna to as many people as I could.

I whole-heartedly believe that when we live with Sisu (Finnish concept of resiliency driven by courage and determination) and combine self-love, wellness, nature, and community, we can THRIVE.
